Our goal is to create not only unique and beautiful projects for our clients, but to provide an enjoyable working experience that encourages you to return to us in the future. To that end, we feel it is imperative that we be upfront about our terms and conditions. In this manner, there are no surprises for anyone.

Fees
We charge a flat rate of $60 an hour for our design, consulting and coding fees. This fee covers normal, everyday operational expenses such as local car travel, phone calls, parking fees and supplies. Any large expenses, such as airfare, room and board, and delivery, incurred on behalf of our clients are billed at cost.

Web hosting through Brindle Designs is $15 per month and is billed in advance on a quarterly basis. Domain name registration is $30 per name and is renewable annually.

Any other charges directly related to the project, such as purchase of photographs, search engine registration, purchase of fonts that the company does not already own, and printing, will be passed onto the client with a 10% markup to cover administrative costs.

Our price directly reflects the time expended on the project instead of simply charging what we think each client can afford. Our consultation and planning meetings, both of which are not charged, aid in lowering the total cost by organizing all the information and content, and by cementing the needs of both the client and the designer.

Estimates
Our estimates are what we believe it will take to complete the job for our client per the client's stated requirements. They are not quotes. They are based entirely on the information provided by the client and may be incorrect if more information is forthcoming or the project requirements change. If an adjustment to the estimate is required, the client will be informed and work will not proceed without client authorization.

Deadlines
Deadlines are subject to getting all information needed to complete the project. Our ability to maintain stated deadlines are directly linked to the timely arrival of all content and images that the project requires. Any delay in the time line could result in higher costs.

Terms
To begin a project, we require a down payment of one third of the total estimate. The balance is due upon completion of the project. All billed items are payable within 30 days of receipt. Interest of 5% per month is charged to past-due accounts.
