Hi! I'm Caroline. A hypermobile, movement obsessed girlie with over a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist, certified corrective exercise specialist, and personal trainer. I combine my professional experience with my own movement journey to create approachable, easy-to-understand programs that help you build connection, confidence, and trust in your body.
Drew C. · 15 years of shoulder pain“Helped more than three rounds of physical therapy and steroid shots.”
John S. · Coaching, 6 months“After five months, my shoulders felt better than ever.”
Either of these can stand alone, or sit alongside your membership.

We'll work together to assess what's holding you back, identify where your body is asking for support, make adjustments as you progress, work through obstacles as they come up, and build movement habits that fit your life. You'll always know what you're working on, why it matters, and what the next step is. 🧡
What's included
Drew C. · 15 years of shoulder pain“As someone who has struggled with shoulder pain for 15 years, the exercises Caroline taught me have helped more than three rounds of physical therapy and steroid shots. Caroline has an eye for biomechanical details and knows how to help you help yourself!”
John S. · Coaching, 6 months“After just one month, I noticed measurable improvements in how my shoulders felt after long periods at my desk or on my feet. After five months, my shoulders felt better than ever. I’ve gone from needing biweekly massages in previous years to using exercises and self-release techniques without relying on painkillers or massage over the past 6 months.”
Cassie · 1:1 coaching“Prior to [working with Caroline] I had regular body aches, pain, stiffness, and poor posture. I had tried exercise in the past but had always ended up feeling unsure, overwhelmed, and unable to stay consistent. Caroline met me where I was at and helped me correct my posture all while building strength and mobility. She worked with my personal goals, restraints, and preferences to come up with a movement plan that actually felt achievable and was completely custom to me.”
N.B. · Shoulder Deep Dive“The Align App is incredibly easy to use and full of information. Caroline was very responsive and helpful when I had some shoulder pain during one of the exercises. I have struggled with rounded shoulders probably my entire life, worsening with age and long hours. The Shoulder Deep Dive is a steal for what you get! 10/10 recommend!”
A. M. · Online plans“It's a program that teaches you how to work / use your muscles. I was in a program before that emphasized strength as a foundation for mobility, but I wasn't seeing much progress. A big flaw in that program is that it wasn't doing what Align does: really go into what each muscle should be doing in the exercises, in a way I can frame it throughout the day.”
A.S. · Shoulder + hip programs“I love the Align shoulder and hip programs. They are exactly the right balance of challenging and attainable. The instructional videos are very clear and I really appreciate the emphasis on posture. Caroline is so supportive and positive.”
